Similar to the 849 Ballpoint Pens, the 849 Fountain Pen has a hexagonal body shape and a slim look and feel. The fountain pen has an aluminum barrel with a plastic grip section; the nib material is stainless steel and the clip is steel as well. The pen cap has a satisfying click when you cap it, and it is possible to post the cap securely. The 849 fountain pen is compatible with standard international short and long cartridges, and converters.
