Printed with a landscape painting by writer, musician, and artist Kyohei Sakaguchi, this cover showcases a refreshing blue sky and white clouds stretching over a wide field. Though realistic in style, it was created with pastels and applied by hand, giving it a warm, tactile feel. Kyohei Sakaguchi, born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1978, graduated in 2001 from Waseda University’s Department of Architecture. He works across writing, painting, music, and architecture. Living with bipolar disorder, he has run a crisis line, Inocchi no Denwa, on his personal phone since 2012 to support people contemplating suicide.
