This Mastemplate from Kutsuwa is a combination of a washi tape cutter and a drawing stencil. Mastemplate is a new name derived from "mas-tape", which is short for masking tape in Japanese, and "template", which means stencil. This stencil can be carried around in your notebook or planner, and will come in handy when you need to cut washi tapes on the travel. It is a simple tool with six variations of cutting edges around the stencil, allowing you to craft your washi tapes into different designs like zigzags or ribbon ends. Motifs on the stencil are also specially designed to match with washi tapes. You can easily turn your washi tapes into gift bags, pencils, or even more by exploring the possibilities!
