At Yoseka Stationery, we want you to love your tools for expression; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your stationery items in their original boxes, ensuring delicate nibs or paper edges are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
